Confinement tips - Part 1

Hello friends,

First, I hope you are safe and that your family and friends are well as well.

It it a strange period to be alive…

I have vowed to keep my community uplifted throughout these unique times.

As many of view follow me on instagram, you have seen my daily tips on how to be well while confined.

I have taken this period as a personal challenge to myself not to be a victim of it, but to use it as some kind of home retreat; an opportunity to come out better on the other end. And basically, I’m sharing with you my confinement journal, my Feng Shui and mindfulness goals for every day in confinement.

These tips are not meant to put more pressure on you. If you can only get to one or two, it’s already great. It is enough.
