I hope you are still doing well and have not been too affected closely by Covid.

I pray that you are all healthy and your family and friends are too…

As many of you follow me on instagram, you have seen the second part (days 20-40) of my daily tips for this confinement period. For those who haven’t, I listed them all below.

These tips are not meant to put more pressure on you. If you can only get to one or two, it’s already great. It is enough. They are meant to be supportive and give you tools to thrive.
